Designing across compliance, e-commerce, and AI
As a Product Design Intern at TELUS, I learned how an AI-advance company's processes differ from those of any other. I collaborated with engineers, POs, Content Designers, PMs, and design leadership to design consumer and enterprise experiences across short-term release cycles and long-term product vision.
Key contributions include:
Led design strategy on AI Accelerator team for an internal AI document-analysis tool projected to save $100K+ per transaction
Hosted an AI Prototyping Workshop for the product and design team, including design leadership and our Director of Product and Product Design
Redesigned TELUS's court-order platform, reducing lookup time to seconds
Designed TELUS's first self-serve portal for 500+ law enforcement agencies across North America for Emergency Response Center (ERC) analysts
Led future-proofing for a multi-colour swatch system, foundational to TELUS's long-term product vision
